Unmatched Serenity
Neue Zürcher Zeitung, 16 September 2011
A special light fell on the young violinist Fanny Clamagirand and the highly musical violist Antoine Tamestit who found each other in a profound interpretation of Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante.

Exquisite
Neue Luzerner Zeitung, 16 September 2011
Det slim lightness which the Vienna Philharmonic has reached under Welser-Möst , was confirmed on Wednesday in Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante KV364. The small orchestra acted as partner in chamber music for the excellent soloists Fanny Clamagirand (violin) and Antoine Tamestit (viola), who presented this instrumental operatic duet with subtle discussions in language reminiscent of baroque style.
Intoxicating And Brilliant
The Strad, 1 October 2009
On 15 July 25-year-old French violinist Fanny Clamagirand with pianist Igor Tchetuev, took the late-evening slot at the Abbaye. Among her formidable technical and musical armoury Clamagirand has a ravishing tone and that wonderful thing, a truly eloquent vibrato with which she brought colour to every phrase of Brahms' Second Sonata. This was charming and conversational playing: she clearly enjoyed each moment and followed extended musical thoughts with ease and concentration. Her performance of Ysaÿe's second sonata for solo violin was an objecct lesson in virtuosity and musicality working in tandem: the crueller Ysaÿe's demands became, the more immaculate Clamagirand's technique, and the surety of her musical intelligence, proved to be. She ended her recital with Ravel's Tzigane - idiomatic, intoxicating and brilliant.
